For anyone having issues with #atomfall running on Linux/Steam Deck. Start by downloading ProtonPlus or any tool of your choosing that lets you download custom builds of Proton, then proceed to get the latest GE-Proton (Glorious Eggroll Proton). It will get rid of the stuttering/micro freezes of the game once you Force Compatibility and change it to GE-Proton.
